Nhaviet Cons regularly organizes "internal training programs" for employees with the aim of building a professional and effective staff. Furthermore, training helps to create a new face in communication culture and serve customers in accordance with modern standards, which leads to a solid foundation for the development of Nhaviet in the future. This is also a great opportunity to develop teamwork, presentation and other soft skills. Through training, staff have the opportunity to share experiences and learn skills from colleagues.

• Workshop "Blue Building Consulting" of NS BlueScope Lysaght Vietnam Co., Ltd. (BlueScope Lysaght)
• Nhaviet staff participated in the course "Conquering customer psychology" guided by businessman, trainer Do Huy Hieu. The course was held on 26/02/2017 at Itaxa Building, 124-126 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.
• “Negotiation and bargaining” class held by the Pace Entrepreneurship School on March 18 th, 19 th, 2017.
